Please let us know in the notes at checkout what size and color shirt you want. If you want this print on a tank top, please leave that in the notes as well. If you would like this print on a Long Sleeve, Crew Neck, or Hoodie you will need to add the add on listing to your cart as well as this listing for the print. If you do not do this and leave it in your notes you will be invoiced for the garment you said you want. You order will not be processed until the invoice is paid. If you do not add an add on listing or put in the notes that you want a tank top, then we will automatically put the print on a T-shirt.
